A caller claimed to be from Companies House, calling within minutes of my company registration. They said they needed to confirm details to send my certificate, then asked for my personal and business bank details. One caller used the name 'The Company House' instead of Companies House. Another called my workplace saying a new company had been registered to our address, but the company name had been dissolved for years and the director was unknown to us. I did not provide any information and hung up.
