Each report has a reference code (REF). An objection is an independent item with its own REF that points to that report. The usual votes still count.
How do I block calls from +442038073708?
On iPhone: Phone → Recents → (i) → Block this caller. On Android: Recents → the number → Block. Blocking on the device does not identify the owner and does not replace a report here.
Did +442038073708 call you?
If you got a call or SMS from this number, read the comments and reports or add yours. Do not post codes, passwords or bank details.

A caller, likely from an Indian call center, claimed to be a call-blocking service — sometimes calling themselves UK Call Guard or saying they were acting on behalf of my telephone provider — and tried to sell me a box or locking device to block nuisance calls. They used flattery, asked for my bank details for a direct debit, and became unpleasant or patronising when I challenged them or asked them to stop calling. One caller went silent the moment I asked for the name of my telephone company. I kept them on the line as long as possible to protect someone else from falling for the con.
